Northeast Iowa Community Action Early Head Start

Northeast Iowa Community Action Early Head Start is accepting applications. The program serves pregnant women and children birth to three years old. The program provides weekly home visits to help parents be their child’s first and most important teacher. Socializations and playgroups are held for families to participate in.
